Oversee strategic management and coordination of controlling activities, including the analysis and interpretation of monthly reports, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for companies operating within the EMEA region.

 

Job Responsibilities
 

  • List the main tasks that the professional must perform and share detailed responsibilities to give candidates an idea of the role they will play within the company.
  • Manage controlling functions for all entities across the EMEA region.
  • Ensure data is accurate, clear, and actionable to support effective and transparent reporting.
  • Regularly review and analyze financial outcomes of EMEA-based legal entities.
  • Continuously improve controlling processes, tools, and strategic performance indicators.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive group controlling handbook.


Job Requirements
 

  • Share the requirements and qualities needed to carry out the position, starting with mandatory skills followed by advantageous skills.
  • Minimum of 8 years in a similar role within an international corporate environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with complex, decentralized organizational structures.
  • Preferably experienced in team leadership and working with auditors.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, innovative, and pragmatic with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire change.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient.
  • Organized and team-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and SAP BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
