1. Monitoring potential Implementation project risks, opportunities, and issues that
may impact the project.
2. Ensuring quality and timely delivery for all project deliverables.
3. Continually identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating project risks and issues
4. Driving proper project chartering and setup
5. Identifying and governing change and process management considerations
critical to the success of the project
6. Performing project team management, driving motivation, collaboration, and
performance
7. Providing an environment conducive to the mentoring, coaching, and training
apprentice Project Managers
8. Tracking short-term project metrics
9. Reviewing the project''''s medium-term benefits
10. Work collaboratively within the Project Management Organization to improve
delivery and outcomes for all projects.

1. 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理（いくつかは複数の業務領域にまたがる）

2. ERPやCRM（SAP／Salesforce／Oracle）に関連する開発、機能拡張、アップグレード、その他の業務システムプロジェクトを管理

3. ERPまたはCRM（SAP／Salesforce／Oracle、その他ERP）導入に関する知見・経験を有する

4. Prince2またはPMP認定保有者
