Description

• Plan and execute BTL activations aligned with brand and commercial goals
• Coordinate with agencies for social media content aligned with brand vision
• Support POSM operations, event logistics, and documentation
• Contribute to on- and off-premise brand visibility and sales activities
• Assist in data reporting and presentations to guide strategic decisions
• Ensure smooth internal communications across departments
• Handle basic logistics, purchase orders, and SAP entries as needed

• Experience in marketing or brand activation within luxury or lifestyle sectors
• Understands both creative and commercial aspects of brand strategy
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Able to work hands-on and navigate ambiguity with confidence
• High interest in lifestyle, gastronomy, or premium beverages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Japanese and professional-level English
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's a plus
