Description
① 顧客・加盟店・パートナーとのコミュニケーション（未回収債権の督促）
② リスク管理
③ チャージバック ・ 不正取引の対応
④ 債権回収プロセスの改善
⑤ 外部との連携（社内各部門・弁護士・消費者センター・債権回収業者・官公庁）
