経営層と連携し、管理部門の強化を担っていただきます。
■職務内容：
・管理部門の統括（HR・財務・経理）
・予算管理（データ収集、各事業部の状況確認）
・経営層へのレポート（Managing Director へ直接報告）
・組織の最適化・業務効率化の推進
・財務・会計・法務チームの統括と業務の円滑な遂行
・年間予算、月次のキャッシュフロー・損益予測の作成と差異分析
