Job Description
■職務概要：
品質部門のマネージャーとして、品質管理、過剰品質対策、品質基準の策定・維持、品質問題の調査・原因分析。インド人スタッフのマネジメント。
■職務内容：
・品質管理・保証業務のインド人社員の管理・指導
・品質問題発生時の対応
・製品の問題点の把握、改善提案
・製造工程の妥当性確認と品質改善
・出荷判定と製品保証
・顧客の監査対応
■部署環境
・品質部門スタッフ全体で230人ほど
・インド人社員様（15名ほど/平均年齢約３３歳）とのお仕事になります。
・技術部門・製造部門との連携もございます。

・自動車業界経験者（金属加工部品：ex.エンジン部品・燃料ポンプ等）
・英語コミュニケーション能力のある方
・海外、インド勤務経験
