Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Junior HRBP to join our Human Resources department. This role involves strategic planning, employee relations, and talent management in our Industrial / Manufacturing sector.

Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Required Skills

A successful Junior HRBP should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven working experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills and able to adapt to different personalities and management styles
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
