- グローバル戦略を基盤に、日本市場向けのローカルブランド戦略を立案・実行。
- 製品ポートフォリオや価格戦略を含むライフサイクル管理を担当。
- 市場・競合分析に基づき、収益性最大化を目指した販促・マーケ施策を企画。
