COMPANY OVERVIEW
A leading Japanese company in sanitary industry is looking for a After Service Technician in the Hamburg area. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a responsible and adaptable professional to provide top-notch technical support and services.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES 

• Perform repairs and maintenance on company products

• Install products, e.g., at trade shows
• Provide professional and competent customer support
• Document work orders and provide timely internal reporting
• Independently manage external warehouses
• Evaluate and qualify warranty claims

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology or professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the sanitary industry 

• Strong customer and service orientation (considering cost-effectiveness)
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel
• Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
• Responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Class B driver's license
