職務内容
- 日本法人における人事業務の窓口（唯一の担当者）
- 主にインドのチームと連携しながら業務を遂行
- ADPを使用した給与業務（ベンダー管理中心）
- 日本法人社員からの問い合わせ対応
- 海外拠点との英語による連携・コミュニケーション
条件・待遇
- 出社頻度：週3日出社、週2日在宅勤務可能
- 退職年齢：60歳（58〜59歳は契約社員も相談可能）
- 7.5時間／日（コアタイム 10:00〜14:00）
