A global medical device innovator is seeking a Senior Manager, APAC Clinical Training to lead clinical education initiatives across Asia-Pacific. This strategic role is responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance product knowledge and support commercial success. You'll collaborate with regional teams, external vendors, and global learning functions to deliver best-in-class education experiences to healthcare professionals across diverse APAC markets.
Develop and lead APAC-wide clinical and commercial training programs
Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams on product launches and commercial strategy alignment
Work with external vendors to create impactful, modern educational content
Spend up to 25% of time in the field delivering hands-on training and gathering feedback
Design needs-based learning solutions that reflect market and customer needs
Maintain and evolve scalable, accessible training platforms and content
Partner with global education teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions

Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in clinical education or healthcare
Strong understanding of medical devices, procedures, and APAC healthcare environments
Experience working across markets such as Japan and/or China
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multinational environment
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office for training management and reporting
Japanese or Chinese: Proficiency is a plus
English: Fluent
Experience developing clinical education strategies in urology, cardiology, or endoscopy
Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital learning platforms
Lead regional training strategy with global visibility
