A global medical technology leader is seeking a Clinical Marketing Manager (APAC) to lead clinical marketing strategy and KOL engagement across the Asia-Pacific region. This role blends strategic marketing with scientific insight and sales enablement, requiring close collaboration with global teams, local markets, and key stakeholders. You'll play a central role in turning clinical evidence into commercial success across a rapidly growing region.
Design and implement clinical marketing and adoption plans tailored to APAC markets
Lead APAC Advisory Boards and support country-level clinical engagement
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and global marketing to localize clinical content
Build and manage KOL relationships, transforming them into brand ambassadors
Oversee new product launches, budgeting, competitive research, and VOC initiatives
Support regional marketing plans and enable local tactical execution
Translate clinical data into high-impact sales tools and educational materials

Strong background in strategic and clinical marketing within MedTech or healthcare
Ability to interpret clinical evidence and convert it into market-ready tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or marketing
Familiarity with APAC healthcare systems, market dynamics, and localization
Strong cross-functional collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder skills
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) and work across time zones
Japanese: Fluent
English: Fluent
Experience in oncology, radiology, or therapeutic areas relevant to the portfolio
Exposure to global product launch strategies and regional implementation
