A global leader in medical technology is seeking a Business Unit Head to lead strategic planning and business growth in Japan. In this high-impact executive role, you will drive market success, manage a high-performing team, align local objectives with global goals, and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration. This role offers significant visibility and influence at the local and global level within a company shaping the future of patient care.

• Lead strategic planning and business execution for the Japan business unit

• Define KPIs, set goals, and ensure targets align with global strategy

• Manage operational performance and business reporting

• Collaborate closely with global HQ and regional leaders

• Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring development and engagement

• Oversee deal escalations, pricing, and product-related decision-making

• Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and operations

必須条件

経験・知識：

• ビジネスマネジメント、営業、マーケティング、または事業開発/ビジネスディベロップメントの経験10年以上
• 目標を達成し、ビジネスの成功を牽引してきたた実績
• 100名以上の大規模なチームマネジメント経験
• ヘルスケア業界（できれば医療機器、診断機器）の経験

• 10+ years of experience in business management, sales, marketing, or business development

• Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business success

• Leadership experience managing large teams (100+ employees)

• Strong strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment abilities

• Excellent stakeholder communication and decision-making skills

• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English

• Experience in the healthcare sector, especially medical devices or diagnostics

• Global or regional leadership experience in a matrixed environment

• Background in operational transformation or organizational development initiatives

• Executive-level role with strategic influence and visibility
