Remote Work and WFHJob Description
1. Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage all daily accounting operations
Lead month-end and year-end financial closings
Ensure compliance with both US GAAP and Japan GAAP
2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Oversee accounts receivable and payable
Manage local funding and currency needs efficiently
Ensure proper cash flow planning and execution
3. Internal Controls & Compliance
Implement and maintain strong internal controls
Ensure compliance with both local laws and corporate policies
4. Taxation
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including transfer pricing
Coordinate with tax advisors and internal stakeholders to meet filing deadlines and tax strategy alignment
5. Finance Projects
Participate in or lead finance-related projects as assigned by corporate or regional teams
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to automation or efficiency initiatives

Process-oriented and results-driven with a mindset for continuous improvement
Familiarity with ERP systems SAP
