Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate IT staff members.
- Coordinate company digitalization projects.
- Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT systems.
- Provide technical support, user training, and resolve IT issues.
- Handle IT documentation, administration, and reporting tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of experience in various IT Application functions.
- Experience participating in IT Application projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Programming Languages, Databases, System Integration, and Digitalization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and having willingness to learn new tasks.
