グローバルな大手資産運用会社のロンドン拠点が、Japanese Speaking Marketing & Business Development Assistant（Associateレベル）を募集しています。
主に日系機関投資家向けに、営業・マーケティング活動の支援、クライアント対応、イベント運営、社内調整業務などを担当します。ビジネス開発チームやマーケティング部門と連携し、海外でのプレゼンス拡大を支える重要なポジションです。
主な業務内容（抜粋）- MD（マネージングディレクター）のスケジュール管理、出張手配、経費精算
- 社内承認書類や申請書の作成・管理
- マーケティングイベントの企画・運営、ベンダーとの調整
- クライアントサービスチームやレポーティングチームのサポート
- 東京本社との連携、社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションの維持
- 資産運用・投資運用業界での経験があれば尚可
- コンプライアンス、行動規範、倫理基準の理解
- Microsoft Office（特にWord、Excel）の操作スキル
- 英語での高い口頭・書面でのコミュニケーション能力
- 数字に強く、データ管理の経験
- 細部への注意力
- 複数の業務依頼や締切を同時に管理する能力
- タイムゾーンをまたぐ業務への柔軟な対応力
- チームワークと高い整理整頓能力
- 自主性と学習意欲、職務記載以上の業務にも柔軟に対応できる姿勢
- 日本語（必須：日系顧客・本社対応のため）
- 英語（ビジネスレベル以上）
