Job Description
OVERVIEW
A leading global manufacturer in the interconnect industry
Location: The North of Vietnam
Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing
Reports to: Global Controller
Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning for Vietnam sites
Manage forecasting and monthly operational financial reviews
Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with SOX, lease accounting, and internal audit standards
Support cross-functional initiatives in sustainability, tax, and cost optimization
Partner with HR on incentive planning and financial alignment
Build and lead a high-performing local finance team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or similar qualification preferred
10–12 years of financial management experience, including in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of cost accounting
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese
Willing to travel occasionally
