Reports to: Global Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning for Vietnam sites

• Manage forecasting and monthly operational financial reviews

• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with SOX, lease accounting, and internal audit standards

• Support cross-functional initiatives in sustainability, tax, and cost optimization

• Partner with HR on incentive planning and financial alignment

• Build and lead a high-performing local finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or similar qualification preferred

• 10–12 years of financial management experience, including in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting

• Familiarity with ERP systems

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese

• Willing to travel occasionally
