IT企業にてバイリンガルのテクニカルアカウントマネージャーを募集。米国に進出している日系企業のIT関連プロジェクトを管理し、技術的な知識を活かしてアカウントマネジメントやプロジェクトマネジメントを提供することで、クライアントの信頼できるアドバイザーとしての役割を担っていただきます。セールス、サポート、エンジニアリングチームと密接に連携し、プロジェクトを成功に導きます。
担当クライアントアカウントへの各種窓口対応。
クライアントのビジネス目標を理解し、その目標を達成するための技術戦略を調整。
顧客との定期的なテクニカルレビューミーティングを調整、主導。
社内のエンジニアリングチームやサポートチームと連携し、複雑な問題の解決を管理。
製品のベストプラクティス、構成、統合に関するガイダンスを提供。
技術文書、報告書、プレゼンテーションの作成と提供。
組織内で顧客のサポート役を担い、顧客からのフィードバックに基づき製品開発に携わる。
応募資格
ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力（読み書き、会話）
ITプロジェクト管理またはビジネス分析の最低3年以上の経験
米国で合法的に働ける資格をお持ちの方（ビザサポートなし）

優遇される資格・スキル
銀行または金融機関でのITプロジェクト管理の経験
PMP認定
クロスボーダーまたは多文化プロジェクトの経験
