- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated infrastructure.
- Work with AI/ML teams to smoothly integrate models following DevOps best practices.
- Coordinate external contractors and maintain quality across remote teams.

- Continuously improve development speed, code quality, and team workflows.

- Experience managing external teams and hybrid delivery models.
- Comfortable using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Notion.
- Fluent English & Business Japanese
