Description

• Manage multiple client projects with clear plans, progress tracking, and risk control.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle for both client and internal projects.
• Lead backend and infrastructure design to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated infrastructure.
• Work with AI/ML teams to smoothly integrate models following DevOps best practices.
• Coordinate external contractors and maintain quality across remote teams.
• Communicate clearly with clients about timelines, scope, and key updates.
• Continuously improve development speed, code quality, and team workflows.

• 8+ years in software development, DevOps, or technical project delivery.
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), cloud-native, and on-prem deployments.
• Proficient in backend development, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience managing external teams and hybrid delivery models.
• Comfortable using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Notion.
• Fluent English & Business Japanese
