大型配送ネットワークの構築を担うリーダーポジションです。
顧客志向と配送パートナーへの配慮を両立しながら、地域の配送会社と最新テクノロジーを連携させ、新たな全国配送体制の開発・推進を担当します。
主な職務内容
- 新規配送パートナーとの信頼関係を構築し、長期的なビジネスの継続性と利益性を支援
- 頻繁な配送サイト訪問を通じて現場状況を把握し、品質や課題に対応
- 配送パートナーへのサポートを通じて契約通りの配送品質を実現
- ドライバーの安全確保や労働環境・モチベーションの改善施策を企画・実行
- サイト運営チームと連携し、オペレーション目標の達成と現場の声を業務改善に反映
- SOPや配送基準の徹底を通じて業務の標準化と品質維持を推進
- 中長期的なカスタマーエクスペリエンス向上を見据えた戦略的サポートを実施
