SAPベースの人事システム（SuccessFactors）の導入ならびにそのシステムに付随する関連システムを社員が理解し、適切に運用できるなるためのサポート業務を行います。
- マニュアルの作成
- 各部門からの問い合わせ対応
- データ メンテナンス
