We are looking for a commercially astute and clinically knowledgeable Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the Ultrasound division in Japan. This is a rare opportunity to shape market direction and build strong partnerships with key cardiovascular stakeholders.

Description
- Lead and implement mid- to long-term marketing strategies for ultrasound imaging systems in Japan.
- Collaborate with global HQ, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to align on business objectives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic planning and market forecasting.
- Build trusted relationships with key academic and clinical leaders, particularly in cardiovascular ultrasound.
- Represent the Ultrasound Division in key decision-making meetings and initiatives.
- Plan budgets and investment proposals to support marketing execution.
- Ensure alignment with compliance standards and act as a values-driven leader.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on business planning and marketing execution skills.
