主な職務内容
Join a global fintech company in Tokyo as a Junior HR Business Partner, where you will bridge strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career HR professionals to step into a hands-on, high-impact role supporting core business functions. You'll work across HR, legal, finance, and office management, building the foundation for a long-term HR career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Act as a liaison between HR and departments such as Legal, Finance, and Office Management to translate business needs into HR solutions
Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and compliance with local labor regulations
Coordinate office operations and manage vendor relationships
Collaborate with senior HR leaders on strategic people initiatives
Support process improvement, engagement programs, and performance enablement
Provide backup support to senior HRBPs to maintain operational continuity
