- HRビジネスパートナー（HRBP）として、人事全体のマネジメントを担当していただきます。
- 従業員、特にラインマネージャーへの人事コンサルティングの提供
- 採用業務
- 採用戦略の立案から実行までの採用計画の策定および推進
- 採用予算・計画の管理
- オンボーディングプロセスの企画および主導
- 新入社員の受け入れおよび定着支援（オンボーディング）
- 組織開発および社員研修の企画・運営
- 配属・ジョブローテーションの管理
- 従業員エンゲージメント施策の推進
- 人事評価および給与見直しプロセスの実施
- 人事関連データの管理・活用
- 法的リスク（リーガルリスク）軽減のための対策の実施
