Job Description

This CHRO position requires a strategic and people-oriented leader who can drive HR initiatives that align with the business strategy of a progressive industrial/manufacturing company located in Koto-Ku.

Description

  • Develop and run HR strategies that support the company's business goals
  • Create policies that reflect and promote the company's culture and vision
  • Lead all HR activities, systems, and processes
  • Manage and support the HR team
  • Be the main contact for employee relations matters
  • Ensure the company follows HR policies and legal requirements
  • Report progress and updates to the CEO
  • Handle any HR-related issues or challenges
