Job Description
OVERVIEW
A leading global manufacturer in the interconnect industry
Location: The North of Vietnam
Reports to: Global Director of Operations
Responsibilities
Develop and manage factory capacity plans (people, equipment, materials, etc.)
Track and report performance metrics, risks, and strategic updates
Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and execution
Recommend and evaluate investments in infrastructure, tooling, and automation
Engage with stakeholders and support customer success for new product adoption
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent (PMP certification preferred)
7+ years of experience in operations, program, or product management
Background in capacity planning, supply chain, or manufacturing strategy
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel)
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities
