OVERVIEW

A leading global manufacturer in the interconnect industry

Location: The North of Vietnam 
Reports to: Global Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage factory capacity plans (people, equipment, materials, etc.)

• Track and report performance metrics, risks, and strategic updates

• Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and execution

• Recommend and evaluate investments in infrastructure, tooling, and automation

• Engage with stakeholders and support customer success for new product adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent (PMP certification preferred)

• 7+ years of experience in operations, program, or product management

• Background in capacity planning, supply chain, or manufacturing strategy

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)

• Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel)

• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities
