• 各部署やファンクションのリーダーらと連携し、組織の有効性や適切な人事戦略の推進を支援すること
• HRポリシーや人事制度の構築・改善のリード、必要なインフラの確保・整備
• タレントマネジメント、パフォーマンスレビュー、リワードプランニングなどコア人事プログラムの主導
• ヘッドカウント管理、オンボーディング、オリエンテーションの実施
• 人材開発の課題の特定、従業員エンゲージメント向上施策の提案実行
• 採用から退職まで、従業員ライフサイクル全体において貫したHRサポートを提供すること
• ビジネス部門および他のHRチームと連携し、プロジェクトや臨時課題に対応すること

Join a global manufacturing leader as a strategic HR Business Partner in Tokyo. You'll play a pivotal role in driving organizational culture, enabling people development, and delivering comprehensive HR solutions across multiple teams. This position is ideal for HR professionals passionate about shaping inclusive, high-performance workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and HR strategy
• Build, advise, and refine HR policy frameworks and infrastructure
• Lead core HR programs including talent management, performance reviews, and compensation planning
• Manage headcount planning, onboarding processes, and orientation programs
• Diagnose talent development needs and implement engagement initiatives
• Provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with business and HR stakeholders on projects and ad hoc initiatives

必須条件

経験・資格：

• グローバルなハイテク企業における人事業務経験10年以上
• ビジネス側+技術側の人事管理経験
• 日本の労働法の専門知識
• 労働組合のある環境での実務経験

ソフトスキル：

• 最低限の指示で自主的・積極的に仕事に取り組めること
• 分析的思考能力
• 対人スキル、コミュニケーション能力
• タスクマネジメント、タイムマネジメント・スキル

語学力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：流暢レベル

• HRISシステムの使用経験
• 人事、経営学など関連分野の学位
• 海外留学経験

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• 10+ years of HR experience in global high-tech or manufacturing companies
• Strong understanding of employment law in Japan
• Proven ability to work both independently and in unionized environments

Soft Skills:

• Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong time management and project leadership capabilities

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Fluent level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, with overseas study experience
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Experience supporting both commercial and technical business units
