• 薬機法（PMDA法）を含む薬事関連法規制の遵守状況を確認・判断し、顧客のニーズに基づいたOTC医薬品販売の適切性を評価
• 顧客からの電話相談に対応し、正確な薬剤情報や服薬指導（服薬ガイド）を提供
• 副作用に関する問い合わせへの対応、アフターケアの提案、必要に応じた医療機関受診の推奨
• 医薬品のオンライン掲載情報の正確性と法令遵守の確認・管理
• 医薬品・医療機器の出荷プロセスの管理・検証
• 施設内の安全・衛生対策の策定および実施支援
• カスタマーサービス部門との連携による顧客対応およびコミュニケーション戦略の調整

In this role, you will guide customers through appropriate medication use via phone consultations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver trusted pharmaceutical services to households across Japan. • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations such as the PMDA Act when handling online or OTC medication sales.
• Provide accurate guidance on medication use through telephone consultations, assessing and documenting appropriate information.
• Respond to customer concerns regarding side effects and suggest proper aftercare or medical referrals.
• Manage product listing accuracy and submit necessary reports to regulatory authorities.
• Oversee safe shipping procedures for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
• Support the implementation of hygiene and safety standards within the facility, collaborating with customer service teams.
• Promote a compliant, customer-first service culture aligned with team and company goals.

必須条件

• 日本の薬剤師免許（必須）
• 医療・製薬業界での5年以上の実務経験（製薬会社・病院・調剤薬局・ドラッグストアなど）
• OTC医薬品の対面販売経験1年以上
• PC操作スキル（顧客対応中にオンラインで情報検索や記録が可能なレベル）

Experience:

• Valid Pharmacist license in Japan.
• Minimum 5 years in the medical/pharmaceutical industry (e.g., pharma company, hospital, dispensing pharmacy).
• At least 1 year of direct sales experience with OTC pharmaceuticals.

Technical Skills:

• Basic PC proficiency for online research and logging customer interaction details.

Soft Skills:

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Self-starter, team-oriented, agile, and adaptable.
• Committed to compliance, especially with PMDA regulations.

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Conversational

• Experience working in a drugstore or call center environment.
