主な業務内容

• 新施設の立ち上げ・拡張プロジェクトの主要窓口として対応
• プロジェクトの進捗を管理し、主要KPIをリーダー層へ定期報告
• 発生する課題の早期特定とエスカレーションによる解決推進
• 行政や地元ステークホルダーとの交渉をサポート
• オペレーション部門との定期的なレビューで立ち上げ計画を調整
• 立ち上げ後の初期稼働フェーズにおけるパフォーマンス指標の達成を管理
• 他部門（ネットワーク管理・運用・輸送チーム）との密な連携で安定稼働を実現

Join a global e-commerce leader as a Facility Launch Program Manager and take ownership of launching new logistics facilities across Japan. In this high-impact role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project execution from installation through handover, and help expand one of the most sophisticated logistics networks in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for new site launches and expansion projects
• Track project progress and report performance metrics to leadership
• Identify and resolve blockers through proper escalation channels
• Support negotiations with permitting authorities and external stakeholders
• Conduct regular status reviews with operational leaders to ensure readiness
• Lead ramp-up activities to meet volume and productivity targets post-launch
• Collaborate with operations, network management, and transport teams to address launch deviations

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上
• 優れたバイリンガルコミュニケーション能力(日本語/英語)

• トラブル時の適切な報告・連携スキル
• チームをまとめるリーダーシップと、部門間の方向性を統一する推進力
• 細部にまで注意を払い、計画性と高い組織力を兼ね備えていること

語学力：

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
• Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience
• Strong bilingual communication (verbal, written, and facilitation) in Japanese and English

Soft Skills:

• Leadership presence and ability to drive alignment across teams
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation handling
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency
