Join a global construction technology leader as Head of Product Marketing in Tokyo. In this executive role, you will lead a diverse marketing team across eight business units, shaping product marketing and go-to-market strategies that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact strategic product planning and market expansion across Japan, blending global vision with localized execution.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional product marketing team across multiple business units
Develop and execute product and application marketing strategies tailored to Japan's construction sector
Drive lifecycle optimization, value proposition refinement, and inventory planning
Identify and capitalize on untapped market opportunities
Oversee marketing communications and ensure alignment with brand and product goals
Create and implement annual and long-term (three-year) product marketing plans
Champion customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with broader business objectives
