主な職務内容
Join a global leader in biopharmaceutical software and lead digital marketing strategy for the Japanese market. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute integrated campaigns across web, social media, email, and advertising channels. You'll collaborate with global and local teams to drive brand awareness and optimize customer engagement through data-driven marketing.
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email, website, and advertising
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain the company's digital presence, including websites and social platforms
Conduct A/B tests and conversion tracking, and deliver regular reports on key KPIs
Evaluate and improve user experience across digital channels
Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks at the Tokyo office

Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Technical Skills:

Proficient in digital content tools, social platforms, and email marketing systems
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
