* プロジェクトの立案、マイルストーンの設定、タスクの割り当て、進捗管理を含む、ITプロジェクトの開始から完了までの調整および管理
* 日本語による理解および会話能力
* 新規および既存プロジェクトにおいて、日本の顧客とのリエゾンやインターフェース対応を支援
* 複数のプロジェクトに貢献できる能力
* SQL／PL-SQLを用いたE2Bカスタマイズ、Pre/Post Save機能、ACsなどの更新作業が可能であること
* 安全性関連プロジェクトの導入ライフサイクルに関する深い理解
* 安全性システム導入における複数プロジェクトでの設定作業に対応可能
* サービスデリバリーマネジメント経験。ITILプロセスに関する深い理解
* PostgreSQLの使用経験
* 研究開発領域に関する知識、コンプライアンスおよび規制の理解
* ステークホルダーマネジメント、チケット分析および解決、問題管理の経験。業務プロセス改善や最適化提案ができること
* 自律的な業務遂行能力および優れたコミュニケーションスキル
* Argusの知識・経験があれば尚可
* PVCoEにおける複数顧客に対する設定作業を担当できる設定エキスパート
* Argus Safetyシステムおよびその構成、バックエンド（Argus J含む）の知識または経験があれば尚可
