About this Job / Job Description
As the leader of the Logistics Team, you will collaborate closely with other departments (such as Design and Procurement) and partner companies to manage logistics operations, drive process improvements, and ensure overall team performance. You will also propose necessary resources and tools, while guiding and developing team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Develop operational plans, delegate tasks, and follow up on progress
- Lead communication and meetings with other departments and partner companies
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Propose staffing and tool enhancements to optimize efficiency
- Mentor and support team members
- Report to and coordinate with senior management
Logistics Operations
- Coordinate procurement of components necessary for satellite and onboard system manufacturing
- Oversee logistics management including goods receipt, inspection, storage, kitting, and distribution
- Manage supplied items for subcontractors and partner companies
- Administer fixed asset tracking
- Monitor operational progress, manage data, and prepare necessary reports

Required Skills
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and developing organizational environment; proactive in learning and continuous self-growth
- Proven experience initiating and executing process improvements, including implementing new management systems or frameworks
- Hands-on experience in SCM/logistics roles within manufacturing (factory management, production control, logistics, inventory management, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for schedule and report management.
