M&Aの企画段階からクロージングまでの業務を一貫して担当。
案件ごとにプロジェクトを組成し、チームでM&Aの成功をリードしていきます。
・データ入力、顧客向け資料作成、各種書類作成等のM&Aバックオフィス業務
・行内顧客データや各種情報ツールを用いた企業分析、業界調査、事業性評価
など
