Job Description
Our client, a prominent player in the commercial vehicle industry, originally established in Japan, is now bringing a variety of brands and businesses from its network to the Southeast Asian market. They manage commercial spaces, including retail areas within transportation hubs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-working Business:
- Drive sales for new tenants.
- Communicate effectively with potential tenants.
- Develop and implement event ideas.
- Prepare and operate events to attract new members or update the member database.
- Manage tenant statuses and vacant rooms.
- Handle contracts with tenants.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to enhance service quality.
- Network with tenants.
- Manage the progress of promotion projects with tenants.
- Organize documents for promotion projects.
- Communicate with clients regarding promotion projects.
- Assist with sales for promotion projects.
- Experience in promotion business.
- Experience in property sales.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Proven experience as a sales representative.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team player who can handle a fast-paced work environment.
