Job Description & Responsibilities:
Develop and innovate liquid dairy products based on market trends and consumer needs
Improve existing product formulations to enhance taste, nutrition, and shelf life
Ensure product compliance with BPOM regulations and company standards
Manage R&D projects from concept to commercial launch
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, QA/QC, etc.)
Optimize processing methods for efficiency and quality consistency
Evaluate and collaborate with raw material suppliers
Monitor new ingredients, technologies, and industry trends
Maintain documentation of trials, formulations, and technical specifications
Lead and develop the R&D team to drive innovation and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D within the dairy or beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of dairy formulations, UHT technology, and food safety standards.
Experience with BPOM regulations and Halal certification processes.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
