Job Description:
Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System in accordance with internal standards and government regulations.
Supervise the reliability and functionality of SHE protection equipment across all operational areas.
Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure workplace safety.
Coordinate and lead SHE-related trainings, campaigns, and emergency response drills.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to build a safety-first culture.
Drive initiatives and corrective actions aimed at achieving and maintaining the company’s PROPER HIJAU rating.
Stay updated on relevant SHE regulations and implement best practices to enhance environmental sustainability and occupational health.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships across departments.
Experience in maintaining a PROPER HIJAU rating in the current or previous company is mandatory (non-negotiable).
Strong understanding of SHE standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
