ポジション ： プロジェクトマネージャー（建築）
＜業務内容＞
・設計管理： 専門分野との調整を含む設計条件の調整、建築設計をMEP（機械・電気・配管）および構造設計と共にレビューし、必要に応じて調整を行う。
・施工管理： 検査計画を作成し、材料受け入れおよび品質保証検査を定期的に実施、施工品質の管理・監視、不具合修正方法の検討と提案、施工進捗報告書のレビューを行う。
・スケジュール管理： 工事スケジュールの監視、施工業者およびサプライヤーから提出されたスケジュールのレビュー、必要に応じて助言を行う。
その他： プロジェクトマネジメントチームの代表として、関係者との会議に出席し、必要に応じて指示を出し、プロジェクトマネジメント関連の書類に署名・承認を行い、プロジェクト進捗レポートの作成を支援する。
＜応募資格＞
・建築業務に携わっている方
・不動産業界におけるプロジェクトデザイナーまたは建築士として5年以上の実務経験を有すること。
・居住用建築の設計／計画に関する豊富な知識を有し、インドネシアの現地材料、製品、慣習に精通していること。
・英語力（クライアント、コンサルタント、施工業者、サプライヤーとの契約・リソース・スケジュール等の調整ができる）
