As a Business Development Manager (Renewable Energy), you will focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies looking to develop or invest in renewable energy projects. Your goal is to identify business opportunities, drive partnerships, and navigate regulations to support the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, or energy storage projects).

• Strong connections to senior officials in PLN, as well as key decision-makers in leading power companies and corporations planning to develop renewable energy projects in Indonesia.

• Deep understanding of current and future renewable energy trends and projects in Indonesia.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English. 
   

Responsibilities:

• Identify and build partnerships with companies that are currently developing or planning to develop renewable energy projects in Indonesia — such as solar, wind, and energy storage systems.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like PLN and private energy companies.

• Prepare and present business proposals — clearly explaining their benefits from technical, operational, and regulatory perspectives to potential clients and partners.

• Keep up with the latest regulations and policies related to renewable energy in Indonesia.
