Job Summary:
The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves managing production teams, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee daily production to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
Supervise and coordinate production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Ensure product quality and compliance with ISO and safety standards.
Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics for smooth operations.
Oversee equipment maintenance and enforce safety policies.
Control budgets, optimize costs, and improve resource efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate production teams.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
Communicate with stakeholders and resolve production issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
7+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in production management, quality control, and safety compliance.
Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing best practices.
