Job Description:
Oversee fleet operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage workshop operations, vehicle maintenance, and repairs.
Plan vehicle acquisitions, leases, and disposals.
Schedule driver assignments and monitor performance.
Control maintenance costs and optimize routes.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
Utilize fleet management software for tracking and analysis.
Implement safety protocols and enforce standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of fleet management experience.
Proficiency in fleet management systems and GPS tracking.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
