Job Description
OVERVIEW
Our client in Energy industry is currently looking for Accounting and Tax Specialist. This position will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and optimizing financial strategy for energy company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting in preparing financial statements
- Oversee tax-related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with applicable tax law
- Manage payments transactions and oversee bank account operations
- Provide accounting and tax insights
- Act as liaison between lenders, project companies and Tokyo headquarters on financial and tax matters
- Coordinate with third parties’ consultants to ensure compliance align with organizational and local standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Min. 7 years of work experience as accounting or related tasks
- Experienced in energy/power plant industry
- Understand accounting standards
- Able to speak English for business
