募集背景 ：
事業拡大に伴い、将来の幹部候補を中期で育成するため増員を計画されています
・現場での施工管理業務
・インドネシア人スタッフのマネージメント

・施工管理経験
・英語：日常会話レベル
・意匠経験
・長期勤務できる方
待遇 ：
・総支給額IDR 700.000.000程度（日本円600,000円程度）
＊経験に応じて応相談
・THR（インドネシアにおける宗教上の祝祭日（主にイスラム教のイード・アル・フィトル）前に雇用主が従業員に支給する義務のある一時金。通常1か月分）
・BPJS（インドネシアの社会保障のこと。健康保険と社会保障の2つを指します）
