KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in machine services and maintenance
Business level in German and English communication skills
Able to travel up to 50% in Germany and occasionally in other countries in EU
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for field service tasks in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and calibration for the company’s machines and electrical systems at the customer sites
Support customers' technical matters onsite and offsite (phone call, virtual meeting, email, etc.)
Monitor spare parts inventory
Maintain accurate records of service activities
Perform continuous process improvement
Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction through service work
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Obtained technical training or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical services or engineering with practical experience in machine, pneumatic, electrical, or electronics
Able to work as a single contributor and under less supervision
Driving license class B
Eligible to work in EU
