KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in machine services and maintenance

• Business level in German and English communication skills

• Able to travel up to 50% in Germany and occasionally in other countries in EU

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for field service tasks in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and calibration for the company’s machines and electrical systems at the customer sites

• Support customers' technical matters onsite and offsite (phone call, virtual meeting, email, etc.)

• Monitor spare parts inventory

• Maintain accurate records of service activities

• Perform continuous process improvement

• Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction through service work

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Obtained technical training or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical services or engineering with practical experience in machine, pneumatic, electrical, or electronics

• Able to work as a single contributor and under less supervision

• Driving license class B

• Eligible to work in EU
