職務内容
リスクベースのコンプライアンスプログラム（BSA/制裁および企業コンプライアンス）を管理・運営
コンプライアンス活動の実行を監督（テスト、トレーニング、リスク評価など）
年間コンプライアンス計画の作成
試験官や内部監査人からの情報提供要求に対応
コンプライアンス関連のMISレポートの作成
規制上の指摘事項に対する是正措置の設計・実行
支店のコンプライアンスプログラムの範囲内での法的および規制の動向を把握
コンプライアンススタッフの管理・育成・指導
応募資格
BSA/制裁および企業コンプライアンスにおける広範な経験（10-15年）
外国銀行のニューヨーク州認可支店に適用される法律・規制の実務知識
学士号（BSまたはBA）、CAMS資格、Microsoft Officeスイート（Excelを含む）の熟練度
給与 USD200,000-220,000 +ボーナス
