【職務概要/ミッション】
電気への知識・理解をある程度持ち、電気系の知識をもとに、サービスエンジニアのメンバーの業務の調整、お客様の要望をくみ取る、コーディネーションの役割
【仕事内容】
・自ら主体性を持ち、サービスチームにおける、問題点の分析、コンセプト開発
・与えられたタスクの実行、サービスエンジニアチームの方向性を考えながら、サービスリーダーから与えられたフレームワークに基づいて、コンセプトに関連するスライドを作成
・お客様の要望を汲み取り、様々なサービスケースを処理して、英語・日本語でお客様・同僚とコミュニケーションを活発に行い、
それぞれの役割と連携していき、全体を俯瞰しバランスを取っていただく調整役として活躍して頂きます。
【課題/チャレンジ】
・技術的な理解から、プロジェクトの調整、日本語と英語での流暢なコミュニケーションスキルまで、幅広いスキルが求められます。
・継続的な学習を続けて頂き、柔軟性を持ちつつ、立場が異なる方たちとのやり取りの中で、理解を深めて頂きたいです。
