■Interactions
・ Review HCP interaction requests/submissions to ensure compliance with global policy and local regulations
・ Identify non compliance issues and resolve them with internal customers
・ Monitor requests in the compliance tool for timely processing and closure
・ Ensure all required documentation is entered before closing interaction files in the compliance tool
・ Provide guidance on using the compliance tool to key internal customers
・ Prepare interaction dashboards and present statistics to senior leaders
・ Conduct data analysis reviews to identify risks and non compliance and present findings to senior leaders
・ Provide regular training to internal customers
・ Drive continuous process improvements and automation

■Internal Controls
・ Standardize internal control processes enhance documentation and testing procedures
・ Facilitate documentation of controls over processes executed by Shared Service Centers （SSC）
・ Coordinate with SSC teams to gain understanding of control decisions
・ Identify pain points in control design and execution design effective solutions
・ Assist in communication with the organization and external auditors regarding the compliance approach
